Licensing Terms (Plain English)

What you get

• • A non-exclusive licence to deploy the selected MVP
• • Full access to the codebase for that product
• • The right to modify, extend, and brand the platform
• • Permission to deploy privately or publicly

Intellectual Property

• • FractionalHQ retains ownership of the core framework
• • You own any customisations you build on top

What the licence does not allow

• • Reselling or re-packaging the framework itself
• • Offering the platform as a competing product studio
• • Sub-licensing the core framework to third parties

Support & updates

• • Licences do not include ongoing support by default
• • Optional support or collaboration can be discussed
• • No obligation for future updates

Assignment

Licences may be assigned as part of a business sale or restructure, subject to written notice.

Commercial terms

• • Pricing depends on scope, vertical, and region
• • One-off licence fee (not SaaS by default)
• • Exclusive regional licences may be discussed separately
