Licensing Terms (Plain English)
FractionalHQ licenses production-ready Web3 ownership systems. This page explains what a standard licence allows — without legal theatre.
What you get
- • A non-exclusive licence to deploy the selected MVP
- • Full access to the codebase for that product
- • The right to modify, extend, and brand the platform
- • Permission to deploy privately or publicly
Intellectual Property
- • FractionalHQ retains ownership of the core framework
- • You own any customisations you build on top
What the licence does not allow
- • Reselling or re-packaging the framework itself
- • Offering the platform as a competing product studio
- • Sub-licensing the core framework to third parties
Support & updates
- • Licences do not include ongoing support by default
- • Optional support or collaboration can be discussed
- • No obligation for future updates
Assignment
Licences may be assigned as part of a business sale or restructure, subject to written notice.
Commercial terms
- • Pricing depends on scope, vertical, and region
- • One-off licence fee (not SaaS by default)
- • Exclusive regional licences may be discussed separately
